Last month I splurged a little and finally bought a copy of the picture CD of “Dear Jessie”, which was made in Germany but I believe it was made exclusively for the UK. It’s one of those mythical items that I’ve been reading about since I first started collecting Madonna many years ago, and it’s been on my want list since then. It’s relatively scarce since it was pressed in such a limited amount of copies.
