Last Friday, Oct 21st saw the official release of the 30th Anniversary re-issue of the “Erotica” picture disc. This was a rather nice treat for the fans, since most of us would never be able to own the original withdrawn release. It’s been an eventful past six months for us collectors. First we had the RSD release of the “Who’s That Girl” Super Club Mix red vinyl EP, then all the Finally Enough Love vinyl and CD releases, followed by The Rebel Heart purple swirl vinyl, now the “Erotica” picture disc, and then next month will see the release of the 40th anniversary re-issue of the “Everybody” 12″ single. Next year will be Madonna’s official 40th anniversary since the release of her first album so I’m sure we should be expecting some more goodies during all of 2023.
